My Paleo Diet

Hi! My name, as you might have guessed from the web address, is Kelly Crawford. I’m an Oklahoma native and have lived here most of my life, with the exception of about 7 years in Texas. I currently live in Norman.

My daughter, Misty, came to me with an interesting proposal. How about we try the Paleo diet, and then hold each other accountable to stick with it? After mulling it over for a bit, I thought it was a great idea. And it has been!

But I wanted to do it up right, so I began blogging my daily meals, whether strictly Paleo, on the fence, or off the rails! So that’s where this site came from.
